The finance specialist was nothing short of amazing. Our salesman was very friendly and pleasant while we were in the dealership, but once we left that day, things seemed to fall apart. He didn't communicate well about what was going on with our registration, despite saying he would call us if there were any problems. He said we'd be able to pick it up Monday. Come early Monday afternoon, he said he hadn't heard back from our insurance company yet, then it was that the insurance company had rejected the RTA and his RMV clerk left at 4pm, so nothing could be rectified until the next day. Pleasant during the deal, but once it was made seemed to forget about us.

This is my second Cadillac with Mastria and the experience was excellent. Tyler was very helpful thru the entire purchase and beyond with my questions.

As stated sales manager Dana was fantastic. Salesmen Brett needs to know more about the cars-SUV etc he is selling. Was told information by the salesmen that was untrue about the 2018 XT5 I leased. No details here. Now for the good part. I had 2018 Subaru Forester lease that I wanted to get out of and into a Cadillac quickly. I was accommodated by the team at Mastria led by Dana the sales manager and am vey glad that a firm deal was worked out so quickly.
