I have purchased several new cars from the Mastria family. Recently my 2016 Cadillac CTS-V needed an expensive electronic component replaced. The car is now out of factory warranty but has low mileage. The Mastria service staff went the extra mile and replaced this expensive (1200.00 part) item for me at completely no charge. Very much appreciated and just another reason why I continue to service and purchase cars from them!

I went to Mastria Cadillac with a specific car in mind (XT6, white, blonde interior). My salesperson Angel didn't stop until him and his manager found the exact car I was looking for. I didn’t complain or ask why as I know things happen My service writer Jen was extremely apologetic and my service was of no charge to me. Class act at a class dealership.
